Just what is EFT?

"EFT" is short for Emotional Freedom Techniques, a natural "finger tapping" and thought altering method derived from the ancient healing technique of acupressure. How Does EFT Work?

It actively programs your mind and nervous system to adopt an entirely
different attitude
toward problems such as food cravings.


When you tap on certain acupressure points and say out loud a selected Key Phrase, this is like pressing the "Delete" key on your computer. It allows you to "reboot" and install the positive emotions and beliefs that you really want... These will be ideas and phrases that naturally support your new positive self.

Use this technique to clear unwanted feelings, thoughts, cravings, physical pain and anything else that is disruptive to your life.

Tap the following points while saying the reminder phrase — "I am releasing (whatever the problem is). I am letting it go now. I choose to live my life free of this (PROBLEM) I choose to cut the cords between me and this (PROBLEM) I choose to live my life free of the (PROBLEM)" and statements like "I am releasing these sad and depressed feelings, I am letting them go", "Even though I have this (PROBLEM), I love and accept myself anyway." Keep tapping (5-6 times per point below), making random statements about your sadness and depression, while throwing in the reminder phrase.
