One of the most important aspects of a successful EFT practice is intuition. When a client or friend (or pet, or whoever your doing EFT on!) comes to you with a problem, it speeds the whole process if, while saying the reminder phrase, you can pick up on the small shifts and changes in your client and tell when you hit on the gold dust among the dirt!

Don't worry, you don't need to be a certified psychic for this, everyone has some latent intuitive ability! I have written some simple steps here to help you develop your intuition!
